Notes:-
  • Minimum area to be booked under assured return plan - 500 sq.ft. and multiples of it.
  • Minimum investment is 20 lacs only.
  • Minimum area for self user - 1000 sq. ft. and above.
  • The company will be offering 12% p.a. assured return till possession after that minimum guarantee of 10% return. In case area is leased out at a price less than assured return. Company will pay the difference between assured return and actual lease rent for the next 3 years from the date of lease and if the area is leased at more than assured return company will share half of the excess rental for the next 3 years from the date of lease.
  • Currently EDC\IDC Charges are Rs. 115\Sq. ft., however in case of any upward revision of EDC\IDC by Government Agencies or any statutory liabilities in future, the same will be recovered on pro-rata basis.
  • Prices mentioned above are subject to revision at the discretion of the company. Prices ruling on the date of booking and its acceptance by the company shall be applicable.
  • Stamp Duty, Registration with service tax and other charges shall be payable additionally.
