1. Prices are Escalation Free but subject to revision/ withdrawal without notice at Company's sole discretion. No extra charges will be leviable,
except due to change, if any, on account of Fire Safety norms by the Govt. of Delhi from time to time and/or on revision/change in area. |
| 2. Timely Payment Rebate (TPR) as applicable will be allowed only if all dues paid in time. |
| 3. Development & FAR charges would be charged, if applicable on pro-rata basis |
| 4. The rebate for early payment shall however be subject to change from time to time and is presently @ 12% per annum. |
5. Power back up of not exceeding 6 KVA (Apartment Area from 1200sq. ft upto 1450sq. ft.), and not exceeding 7 KVA (Apartment Area from
1451sq. ft upto 1600sq. ft.), & not exceeding 9 KVA (Apartment Area from 2400sq. ft upto 2650sq. ft.). |
6. One / Two Car parking spaces are mandatory per apartment. Any additional car parking will be offered subject to availability at the prevailing
prices. |
7. The yearly simple interest payable on IBMS shall be determined by the company as per the applicable rates on one-year Fixed Deposits accepted
by State Bank of India at the close of each financial year on 31st March. |
| 8. Stamp Duty & other charges shall be payable along with the last installment, as applicable. |
9. The Company would pay penalty to its customers @ Rs.10/- per sq.ft. per month for any delay in handing over the product beyond the committed
period of three years from the date of booking. Similarly, the customer would be liable to pay Holding Charges @ Rs.10/- per sq.ft. per month if he
fails to take possession within 30 days from the date of offer of Possession. . |
