| • GAC (Govt. Applicable Charges) Includes EDC (External Development Charges), EEC (External Electrification Charges) & FFC (fire Fighting Charges) as applicable & derived. |
| • Advance Maintenance Charges Rs. 50/- Per Sq. Ft. applicable for first 30th Months. |
| • Power Backup Installation Charges @ Rs. 15000/KVA Optional, payable as applicable. |
| • One time IFMS (Interest Free Maintenance Security) Rs. 50/- Sq. ft. Optional, payable as applicable. |
| • Registration, Stamp Duty, Statutory Taxes and other Government levies / concern authority charges shall be payable extra by customer on offer of possession. |
| • Single Electric meter connection will be changed extra. |
| • No Escalation shall be charges for the Apartment Sold*. |
| • The Company will pay penalty to its customer @ Rs. 5/- Per sq. ft. per months for any delay in handling over the sold unit beyond the committed period of 30 month from the date commencement of construction. Similarly the customer would be liable to pay Watch & Ward Charges @ Rs. 5/- Per sq. ft. per month. If he/she fails to take over the possession within 45 days from the date of offer of possession letter along with the interest @ 24% P.A. on delayed payments if any. |
