- Prices shown above are indicative only can be revised at any time on the sole discretion of the Company.
- Price ruling on the date of booking and accepted by the Company shall be applicable.
- Monthly maintenance charges (for 5 years), will be payable at the time of possession.
- The Company would pay penalty to the allottee @ Rs. 5/- per sq.ft. per month for any delay in handing over of the
apartment beyond the committed period. Similarly, the customer would also be liable to pay holding charge @ Rs.5/- per
sqft. per month, if the customer fails to take the possession within 30 days from the date of possession letter.
- Registration and stamp duty as levied by the M.P. Govt./ body shall be borne by the buyer as applicable at the time of
registration of flat.
- Meter installation charges shall be borne by the buyer as applicable.
- In case there is minor variation in area, it will be adjusted accordingly.
- Power Backup Installation Charges @ Rs. 15000 per KVA.
- Service tax applicable as per the goverment norms.
- 1 sq. mtr. = 10.764 sq. ft.
