Prices mentioned are indicative only and can be revised at any time at the sole discretion of the Company. Prevailing price ruling on the date of booking and accepted by the Company shall be applicable.

Monthly maintenance charges as applicable, are extra and shall be paid by the allottee in addition to aforesaid prices.

In case the Company is unable to construct the Apartment within stipulated time as enumerated in the Allotment letter than the Company shall compensate the Allotee(s) for the delayed period @ Rs.5/-per sq.ft. per month. Similarly, the customer shall also be liable to pay holding charge @ Rs.5/-per sq. ft. per month, if the customer fails to take the possession within 30 days from the date of possession letter.

Registration and other charges levied by any Govt. body are extra and shall be borne by the buyer at applicable rate(s) from time to time.
