Note:-
1.Down Payment Rebate is payable on Sale Price Less Govt. Charges.
2.The basic unit price is escalation free, but subject to revision/withdrawal without notice at Company's sole discretion.
3.The rebate for early payment shall however be subject to change from time to time and is presently 11% per annum.

Similarly, the customer would be liable to pay holding charge @ Rs.10/- per sq.ft. permonth, if he fails to take possession within 30 days from the date of issue of occupation certificate.
