PLC @ 3% of Basic Sale Price shall be applicable on units on GF, 2% of Basic Sale Price on 1st to 3rd Floor, & top
two floors. |
| Car Parking Space @ Rs. 75,000/- each (Max 2 Car Parking) |
| Down Payment Rebate @ 14% shall be applicable on 90% amount payable towards basic price. |
Cheque / Draft to be issued in favour of “ANSAL PROPERTIES & INFRASTRUCTURE LTD.” payable at Lucknow /
New Delhi only. Outstation Cheque shall not be accepted. |
| Price is subject to revision without prior notice and price ruling on the date of allotment and acceptance by the

| The Company shall endeavor to complete construction of unit allotted within 3 year from the date of sanction of
plans. License for group housing has already been received from U.P. Govt. |
Holding Charges @ Rs. 5/- per sq. ft. per month shall be charged in case customer fails or ignore to take the
possession as and when offered by the company. |
| The other Terms and condition of sale would be as per the standard allotment letter /arrangement of the company. |
| Prices are subject to change without any notice before booking at the sole discretion of the company and the price
ruling on the date of booking and acceptance by the company shall be applicable. |
