| 2. The other terms & conditions of Sale would be as per the standard Allotment Letter/Agreement of the Company.

| 3. Timely payment of instalments is the essence of the agreement/allotment. However, interest @ 24% will be charged on delayed payments, if any.

| 4. In addition to the Basic Cost, Club Membership @ Rs.50,000/- will be charged extra as and when demanded by the Company.

| 5. External Development Charges (EDC), if applicable, to be paid as & when demanded by the Company/Statutory Authority.

The company would pay penalty to its customers @ Rs.5/- per sq.ft. per month for any delay in handing over the unit beyond the committed period of 18 months from the date of commencement of construction of the individual Unit subject to force majeure. Similarly, customer would be liable to pay holding charges @ Rs.5/- per sq.ft. per month if he fails to take possession within 30 days from the date of issue of offer of possession
