| Timely payment of instalments is the essence of the agreement. However, interest @ 24% will be charged on delayed payments, if any. |
| Statutory Taxes, other Government Levies, Stamp Duty, Registration charges, Service Tax and Cess Charges payable extra as applicable. |
| The company would pay penalty to its customers @ Rs.10/- per sq.yd. per month for any delay in handing over the plot beyond the committed period of 9 months from the date of booking. Similarly, customer would be liable to pay holding charges @ Rs.10/- per sq.yd. per month if he/she fails to take possession within 30 days from the date of issue of offer of possession and interest @ 24% on delayed payments, if any. |
