| Preferential Location Charges (PLC) would be applicable on the following basis |

| 1. Cheque/Bank Draft to be issued in favour of “PARSVNATH DEVELOPERS LTD.”, payable at New Delhi/ Jaipur/Jodhpur only. Outstation cheques shall not be accepted.

| 2. The other terms & conditions of Sale would be as per the standard Allotment Letter/ Agreement of the company.

| 3. Timely payment of installment is the essence of the agreement. However, interest @ 24% will be charged on delayed payments, if any.

4. In addition to the Basic Cost, Club Membership @ Rs. 50,000/- will be charged extra as and when demanded by the company.

5. External Development Charges (EDC), if applicable, to be paid as & when demanded by the Company.

| 6. Statutory Taxes, other Government Levies, Registration charges, Patta Charges & Stamp Duty as applicable to be paid extra.

| 7. Prices are subject to change without notice before booking at the sole discretion of the company and the prices ruling on the date of booking and acceptance by the Company shall be applicable.
