| 1. Cheque/Bank Draft to be issued in favour of " PARSVNATH DEVELOPERS LTD." payable at Delhi / Ujjain, Indore only. Outstation Cheques shall not be accepted.

| 2. The other terms & conditions of Sale would be as per the standard Allotment Letter/Agreement of the Company.

| 3. Timely payment of instalments is the essence of the agreement. However, interest @ 24% will be charged on delayed payments, if any.

| 4. In addition to the Basic Cost, Club Membership @ Rs.50,000/- will be charged extra as and when demanded by the company. |

5. Statutory Taxes, other Government Levies, Stamp Duty, Registration charges, Service Tax and Cess Charges payable extra as applicable. |
6. The company would pay penalty to its customers @ Rs.10/- per sq.yd. per month for any delay in handing over the plot beyond the committed period of 24 months from the date of booking. Similarly, customer would be liable to pay holding charges @ Rs.10/- per sq.yd.
