the standard Allotment Letter/Agreement of the Company. |

proportionate Common areas such as corridors, passages, lifts, liftrooms, club,
staircase, underground and overhead water tanks, mumties etc. |
| The company would pay penalty to its customers @ Rs.
5/- per sq.ft. per month for any delay in handing over the flat beyond the
committed period of 36 months from the date of commencement of construction of
individual Block/Tower subject to force majeure.or from the date of booking ,.
Whichever is later,Similarly customer would be liable to pay holding charges @
Rs.5/- per sq.ft. per month if he/she fails to take the possession within 30
days from the date of issue of possession. |
