Other Terms & Conditions:-
1.Prices are firm & escalation free but are subject to change without any notice from time to time at the sole discretion of the company, which
will not effect those who have enrolled before.
2.In case of delay in payments as per the schedule given,18% Interest will be charged on the delayed time period.
3.Possession of Unit within 30 Months from the date of Launching.
4.In case of Withdrawal / Cancellation after confirmation of Booking, 10% Basic Cost of the Flat shall be Forfeit.
5.Registration, stamp duty, court fees & Service tax shall be payable separately by the buyers as per authority/ Govt. norms.
6.Maintinence Charges will be applicable @ ` 3 Per Sq.ft per month.
7.Transfer Charges 5% of Basic Cost.
8.Assured Rent @12.5% Per annum will be started after full Payment Received but not more than 3 Years.
9.Cheque/ Draft to be issued only in favour of " SAMIAH INTERNATIONAL BUILDERS (P) LTD"
