| TERMS & CONDITIONS |
| 1. Cheque/Bank Draft to be issued in favour of Achievers Builders Pvt. Ltd., payable at Faridabad. Outstation cheques shall not be accepted. |
| 2. The company would pay penalty to its customers @ Rs. 5/-per sq. ft. per month for any delay in handing over the flat beyond the committed period of 24 months from the date of commencements of construction subjects to force majeure, similarly, customer would be liable to pay holding charges @ Rs. 5/- per sq. ft. per month if he/she fails to take possession within 30 days from the date issue of offer of possession and interest @24% on delay payments if any. |
| 3. Timely payment of installment and other allied charges indicated therein are the case essence of this agreement it shall be incumbent on the buyer (s)/ Customer (s) to comply with the terms of payment. In the event of the failure of buyer (s) Customer (s) to perform his obligations or fulfill all the terms and conditions set out in the agreement, the Buyer (s) Customer (s) hereby authorized the company to forfeit 10% of the total agreement amount and the said agreement stands cancelled. |
| 4. Timely payment of installment is the essence of the agreement. |
| 5. The terms and conditions of sale would be as per our standard Flat buyer agreement. |
| 6. Any additional facility, if provided will be charged extra. |
| 7. The registration charges to be paid directly to the competent Authority, as applicable. |
| 8. The price is subject to change without notice, before booking, at the sole discretion of the company and the prices ruling on the date of booking shall be applicable. |
| 9. The above area includes the covered area plus proportionate common area such as corridors, passages, staircase, mumties, projection etc. which may vary + or -10% |
