1. The registration charges, E.C.C Charges, Freehold charges, escalation charges towards cost of construction & Stamp Duty, legal documentation charges and any other govt. levies are in addition to the aforesaid prices.
2. Power Backup Charges shall be extra as applicable.
3. Cheques/Drafts to be issued in favour of “ANSAL PROPERTIES & INFRASTRUCTURE LTD.” payable at Delhi / Agra only. Outstation cheques shall not be accepted.
4. Prices are subject to revision without notice and price ruling on the date of allotment and acceptance by the company only shall be applicable.
5. The scheme can be closed at the sole discretion of the company.
6. The company shall endeavor to complete the construction of house allotted within two and a half years from the date of commencement of construction on receipt of sanctioned plans from the competent authority. In case intending allottee fails to take possession of the house within a period of sixty days from the date of offer of possession, he/she shall be liable to pay holding charges @ Rs. 5.00 per sq. ft. per month of the saleable/built-up area.
7. The other terms and conditions of sale would be as per the standard allotment letter of the company.
8. All other conditions of the scheme will be applicable. Actual sizes may marginally vary.
