Other Terms and Conditions: |
- 1. The registration charges, E.C.C Charges, Freehold charges, escalation charges towards cost of construction & Stamp Duty, legal documentation charges and any other govt. levies are in addition to the aforesaid prices.

- 2. Cheques/Drafts to be issued in favour of “ANSAL PROPERTIES & INFRASTRUCTURE LTD.” payable at Delhi / Agra only. Outstation cheques shall not be accepted.

- 3. Prices are subject to revision without notice and price ruling on the date of allotment and acceptance by the company only shall be applicable.

- 4. The scheme can be modified /closed at the sole discretion of the company.

- 5. The company shall endeavor to complete the construction of house allotted within three years from the date of sanction of plans from the competent authority. In case intending allottee fails to take possession of the house within a period of sixty days from the date of offer of possession, he/she shall be liable to pay holding charges @ Rs.2.00 per sq. ft. per month of the total built up area.

- 6. The other terms and conditions of sale would be as per the standard allotment letter of the company.
