Similarly, the Allottee (s) Would also be liable to pay holding charges @ Rs. 50/- per sq.yd. per month of plot area of the villa if the Allotee (s) fails to clear his dues within 30 days from the date of issuance of offer of possession or within 21 days from the date of issuance of Possession Letter. |
| The Maintenance Charges for a period of 3 (three) years shall be payable in advance before the possessoin of the villa is handed over to the Allottee(s). |
| Registration Charges as applicable at the time of offer of possession are payable by the Allottee. |
