Gurgaon is the biggest city in the state of Haryana and has its credit of being industrial and financial center of Haryana. It is situated 30 km south of National Capital New Delhi, about 10Km from Dwarka sub city and 268Km south of Chandigarh, the state capital of Haryana. Gurgaon is one of Delhi’s four satellite cities and constitutes an integral part of National Capital Region (NCR) of India.
By early 1990s, Delhi was the most populous and crowded cities in the world and the need for a satellite city became most apparent and Gurgaon was an ideal choice having vast undeveloped farming lands and proximity to Delhi.
